I enjoy these doc’s but I’d really lik to kno wtf can we really do through
the whole movie they tried to get their ?’s answered and the Gov’t shut
them down so how to you enact change with a Gov’t that has laws that can
lock you up without out a trial or a lawyer… I guess I see alot of these
films that point out how ludacrious the American Gov’t is but not many of
them tell you how or where to start to try to make change ok rambling done

Yes, you fill out the W-4 and just write “EXEMPT” where it instructs you to
do so. I’ve been doing this since Bush invaded Iraq and I determined it
was time to stop paying taxes for mass murder. Occasionally I’ll get a
letter from the IRS saying “you didn’t file for x, y and z years, therefore
we figure you owe us x amount of $. I politely reply “Could you please
show me the law that requires me to pay?” Then I get a form letter saying
“We are looking into your matter. We’ll get back to you within 45 days.”
Then they drop the ball and a couple years later they send out another
request for money and/or tax returns. What a racket.
Just after 1:15 , did anybody else notice that it was California Highway
Patrol officers taking people’s guns in New Orleans? That is freaken crazy
and scary when officer’s of another state, not even sworn to be a legal law
enforcement officer in that state, are exercising police powers and
violating the Constitution at the same time. This is true for foreign
troops, U.N. troops, and U.S. troops / National guard also with the
suspension of the “Posse Comitatus” act under many recent laws passed, such
as the NDAA, the Patriot Act, FEMA/Homeland security legislation, and

VOLUNTARILY. The only case they have to pay taxes they didn’t voluntarily
assess is under section 6014, which allows the TAXPAYER to ELECT to allow
the IRS to compute his tax with his permission.

on distraint”, according to Flora v. U.S., 362 U.S. 145 (1960)
That’s why you can’t be made liable to pay a tax that you didn’t assess
against yourself voluntarily. If you refuse to file a return or refuse to
claim any gross income by filling in zeros on your return, then 26 USC
§6201 clearly shows that the IRS may not involuntarily assess you a
liability! If you look at the Parallel Table of Authorities, ALL of the
taxes to which 6151 applies relate ONLY to Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms

When you pay taxes, you are voluntarily agreeing to pay that tax. You have
given your consent to participate in THEIR PROGRAM. A letter from the IRS
is just exactly that ….. a letter. It is not an RSVP to come into their
Courts and discuss why you are being forced to participate in something
that you are not specifically named in the regulation, Law, or ordinance.
Since when did your name become taxpayer, resident, or anything other than
what you consider your name to be? If you are not specifically named in the
Law or regulation, what gives you the right to participate, in the first
place, unless you give consent to participate?
Are you a taxpayer, resident, or anything else they say you are? Not iin my
book. I am me. I AM Who I AM. Is “I AM” specifically listed in the Law,
Statute, or Regulation? Nope! That specificity of the name is the only way
that you become a participant, unless you agree to participate. They can
arrest you through interpretation, but then the officer making that arrest
can be sued for impersonating a Lawyer or Attorney who are the only ones
who have a license to interpret. That interpretation can be used only if
you agree to allow that interpretation to be used. Remember a license gives
you permission to do something illegal, but not unlawful. Lawful means
anything written and enforced exactly as it is written.
When you admit to any officer of the Court that you are the NAME listed on
the paper they hold, then you are no longer you, but you are that paper
from then on. They can do anything to you because you gave away your rights
to that paper and agreed to the contract they just offerred you. You just
became a participant to the Law, Regulation, or Statute and are now bound
by that law.

sign’ in a Pittsburgh adjoining borough. ( rolling stop at about walking
speed or less)…
-The fine was $25.00! …
-Ticket was $127.50 total!! …
– $45.00 was listed as General {hand written in} – general what??????
– $35.50 was listed as EMT {hand written in} – I understand the need to
finance EMT services but I already pay taxes across the board! And when you
use an EMT you get a huge bill for/from them in the end anyways!
– $10.00 not listed {printed formally on ticket}
Note: one other listing made up the balance but I forget what it was sorry.
What the hell?! THE FEES I AM TO PAY IS OVER 4 TIMES THE ACTUAL FINE OF
INFRACTION!!!
When I went to pay these outrageous over charges, I said/asked the woman in
the magistrates office… what are you, revenue generators/collectors for
the state? This is ridiculous. She shrugged her shoulders and tilted her
head to one side and said meh, whatta ya gunna do.

think the IRS could push something like that thru Congress in a heartbeat.
